What You'll Do:
- Manage the Zip procurement queue and drive requests to completion.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Maintain dashboards and process documentation for procurement and finance.
What You'll Bring:
- Three or more years of procurement operations or related experience.
- Strong spreadsheet skills and experience with procurement or ERP systems.
- High discretion handling financial, contractual, and security-related information.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary range $115,000-$150,000 plus equity.
