Own the weekly billing cycle for Platform Services customers, ensuring invoices are accurate and issued on time.
Pull and consolidate billing data from multiple systems and teams into clean, well-organised spreadsheets.
Check every invoice for formula accuracy, consistency, and contract alignment before it reaches customers.

Requirements:

Fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong MS Excel skills and experience handling high volumes of data.
Detail-obsessed and comfortable being the final check before money moves, working to tight deadlines.
Experience creating invoices or customer-facing financial documents and understanding P&L.

Work Environment:

Remote position with a requirement to work UK hours (8:15–17:15).
Must have a reliable work-from-home setup including dual monitors and a strong internet connection.
