Strategy & Operations Analyst II

About the Role:

• Support strategic decision-making through data, analytics, and operational insights.
• Work closely with Network Infrastructure, Colocation, Planning, Capacity, and Finance teams.
• Enable self-service access to critical business metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Automate recurring reporting and develop self-service capabilities.
• Write SQL queries and combine data from multiple sources.
• Support data quality, integration, and governance processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with approximately 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong SQL and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with Tableau and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Familiarity with AI developer tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
