Program Operations & Reporting Analyst

As a Program Operations & Reporting Analyst, you will support the Design Management team in the Data Center Delivery organization. Your role is to enhance visibility, consistency, and efficiency within the design portfolio. You will contribute to the operational rhythm of the team, refine measurement and communication of progress, and develop tools for internal and external reporting. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining dashboards and reports, tracking design phase progress, and managing operational cadences. You will also maintain team artifacts, drive continuous improvement, support the implementation of tools, and help align design processes with related functions. This role requires strong data analysis skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
