About the Role:
- Summer legal intern in the ACLU's State Supreme Court Initiative, remote or hybrid in NYC or DC.
Team:
- Dedicated attorneys and legal fellows amplifying ACLU's voice in state supreme courts.
- Files briefs and collaborates with affiliates on state constitutional litigation.
Internship Work:
- Draft memoranda, motions, and brief portions.
- Research state court cases and track issues for the SSCI.
