Role Overview:
- Own and continuously improve key Finance Operations processes, including process design, documentation, controls, and performance reporting.
- Lead root-cause analysis for recurring operational issues, establish KPIs, and translate findings into corrective actions.
- Build scalable operating procedures, playbooks, and governance routines.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field and 5+ years of experience in finance operations.
- Strong analytical, project management, and change management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with ERP tools is a plus.
