Senior Manager, Finance Process Transformation

Position Description:

• Lead enterprise-level Finance process transformation and intelligent automation initiatives.
• Develop scalable Finance operating models and drive continuous improvement across Financial Shared Services.

Core Responsibilities:

• Apply AI, RPA, and workflow automation to reduce manual work and improve service delivery.
• Lead a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution with clear accountability.
• Define and monitor KPIs for cost, cycle time, quality, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of progressive experience in process improvement, Finance transformation, or shared services.
• Proven ability to lead department-wide transformation initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent continuous improvement certification preferred.
