Business Process Design & Improvement, Sr. Manager - Cox Automotive Fleet

Role Overview:

• Lead enterprise-wide process excellence, transformation, and optimization across a complex automotive business environment.
• Shape how people, processes, and technology work together to improve efficiency, governance, and measurable business performance.
• Partner closely with senior business leaders to anticipate needs and guide strategic decisions.

Key Accountabilities:

• Drive process design, standardization, continuous improvement, and end-to-end governance across multiple functions.
• Contribute to major transformation initiatives, including integrations, acquisitions, and executive-led strategic programs.
• Support financial analysis, special projects, and strategic initiatives as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with at least 8 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• 7+ years of experience in consulting, continuous improvement, project management, or process excellence is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation and organizational change initiatives in complex environments.

Benefits:

• Base salary range of $122,600–$204,400 with potential eligibility for additional incentive compensation.
