Key Responsibilities:
- Lead LSGA's annual operating cadence, including planning, business reviews, leadership governance, and performance management.
- Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, headcount management, and vendor governance.
- Drive strategic initiatives through the PMO, ensuring prioritization, risk management, and execution across legal, compliance, and corporate affairs.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, management consulting, or related roles.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including budgeting, planning, and resource management.
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment in complex matrixed organizations.
