About the Role:
- Lead the Transformation Team as the execution arm of Sprout's transformation strategy.
- Report to the VP of FP&A and translate executive direction into structured, accountable programs.
- Drive sustainable growth and operational excellence through cross-functional coordination and process redesign.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the connective tissue across high-impact workstreams, tracking dependencies and surfacing blockers.
- Resolve cross-functional conflicts and drive issues to closure at your level.
- Partner with FP&A to run a consistent stage gate rhythm and track value realization.
What You’ll Bring:
- 12+ years of professional experience with deep understanding of transformation strategy and operational efficiency.
- 7+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in global, matrix-based environments.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and make fact-based decisions.
