Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive enterprise-level transformation initiatives that improve operating efficiency, delivery velocity, scalability, and customer impact.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear execution roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Partner closely with Technology, Product, and Operations leaders to ensure initiatives are technically feasible and operationally sound.

Qualifications:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in organizational transformation, strategy execution, or technology-enabled change leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven delivery of cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes in cost, cycle time, quality, and NPS.
