Role Overview:
- This is an individual contributor operator role within the Transformation Management Office, deployed against the highest-priority initiatives.
- The role reports to the VP of Transformation and operates as internal consulting capacity, moving fluidly across problem types.
Key Responsibilities:
- Structure ambiguous cross-functional problems into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and workplans.
- Drive accountability across functions and seniority levels without direct management authority.
- Write and communicate at an executive level, delivering recommendations that land with senior leaders.
Qualifications:
- MBB or equivalent top-tier consulting background is non-negotiable.
- Proven track record of driving outcomes, not just running well-structured programs.
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders quickly and independently.
