Director, Strategic Initiatives

Role Overview:

• This is an individual contributor operator role within the Transformation Management Office, deployed against the highest-priority initiatives.
• The role reports to the VP of Transformation and operates as internal consulting capacity, moving fluidly across problem types.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure ambiguous cross-functional problems into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and workplans.
• Drive accountability across functions and seniority levels without direct management authority.
• Write and communicate at an executive level, delivering recommendations that land with senior leaders.

Qualifications:

• MBB or equivalent top-tier consulting background is non-negotiable.
• Proven track record of driving outcomes, not just running well-structured programs.
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders quickly and independently.
