Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as trusted thought partner to CEO, translating priorities into clear workflows, decision points, and measurable outcomes.
- Produce executive-level presentations, strategy documents, and financial analyses.
- Lead special projects, strategic partnerships, business development, and fundraising initiatives.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Conduct market research, competitive assessments, and stakeholder analyses.
- Independently manage complex cross-functional projects without natural organizational owners.
- Drive accountability and execution across critical initiatives.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Own strategic planning processes, leadership meetings, and organizational priority setting.
- Build scalable systems and tools for visibility into priorities and decisions.
- Serve as connector across teams, ensuring alignment and execution on high-priority initiatives.
