What you will do:
- Serve as the executive program lead for the ServiceNow.org Strategic Advisory Board.
- Manage board member recruitment, onboarding, and engagement.
- Own the Board meeting calendar, agendas, and logistics.
How you will lead:
- Lead high-complexity strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams.
- Develop project charters, RACI frameworks, and executive reporting.
- Proactively identify risks and resolve blockers to ensure delivery.
What is expected:
- Act as senior project lead for ServiceNow.org's event portfolio.
- Drive bi-weekly project meetings and ensure accountability.
- Create executive-ready slides and speaker preparation materials.
