Senior Analyst, Value Creation & AI Transformation

Your Role:

• Support enterprise value creation initiatives by translating strategic priorities into specific, measurable initiatives with clear owners, milestones, KPIs, and expected impact.
• Build and maintain initiative trackers, value bridges, KPI dashboards, business cases, and executive reporting materials.
• Partner with functional teams across Engineering, Product, GTM, and more to track progress and unblock issues.

AI Transformation:

• Support identification, prioritization, and tracking of AI initiatives across functions.
• Help structure AI use cases into clear problem statements, workflows, data requirements, and business outcomes.
• Define and track AI success metrics including adoption, cycle time reduction, and financial impact.

Operating Model & SI Transition:

• Support operating model workstreams including diagnostics, future-state design, and implementation planning.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure continuity between strategy and execution.
• Track dependencies, risks, and decisions across internal teams and external partners.

Executive Reporting:

• Prepare concise, high-quality materials for senior leadership discussions and board updates.
• Synthesize inputs into clear insights and recommended actions.
• Build Excel-based analyses, KPI trees, benefit trackers, and simple financial models.
