Position Summary:
- Own and lead Order-to-Cash workflows including billing, reporting, and financial systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to solve operational issues and drive process improvements.
- This is an individual contributor role with a focus on execution and process transformation.
What You'll Do:
- Manage SaaS billing, data validation, and cross-system reconciliations.
- Own operational reporting and analysis of core metrics like total bookings.
- Lead system stabilization and enhancement of accounting software, and automate analytics using BI tools.
