You Will Be:
- Owning end-to-end, full-funnel paid social strategy, including media execution and adherence to best practices.
- Translating measurement and creative insights into compelling client growth plans; leading client-facing communications.
- Contributing to agency thought leadership by showcasing client work through platform partnerships to support PR.
You Must Have:
- 5+ years of paid media experience (paid social, paid search, and/or media buying) in an agency or client environment.
- Hands-on experience building, optimizing, analyzing, reporting, and applying experimental design across major paid social platforms.
- Strong technical fluency with measurement methodologies, including incrementality, MMM, server-to-server integrations, and CAPI/SDK.
Nice To Have:
- Experience using Smartly.
- Demonstrated track record of designing or operationalizing AI-assisted workflows that materially improved efficiency or quality.
- Advanced analytical skills, including SQL or comparable analytics proficiency and comfort working with BI tools and dashboards.
