AI Automation Engineer

Build & Scale:

• Rapidly prototype MVPs using LLM APIs (Gemini, Anthropic) to address business bottlenecks.
• Develop production-grade internal applications with reliable frontends, robust backends (Python), and proper observability.
• Design and implement RAG architectures, multi-step agent workflows, and structured output pipelines grounded in company data.

Scale & Harden:

• Evolve successful prototypes into durable production systems with comprehensive error handling, logging, retry logic, and monitoring.
• Optimize for cost, latency, and token efficiency across LLM-powered workflows.
• Design resilient systems with comprehensive monitoring and alerting that contribute to overall automation governance.

Advocate and Influence:

• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, building alignment and driving informed decision-making.
• Host workshops, create playbooks, and train team members across all departments, ensuring they can safely and effectively use, maintain, and get value from the tools you ship.
• Champion responsible AI practices across the organization, ensuring the automations you build include appropriate human oversight, observability, and safeguards, especially for business-critical or sensitive data workflows.
