Job Description
The DesignOps Specialist will coordinate research efforts and maintain a centralized view of studies and sentiment to help teams build on insights, understand customer perception, and measure design impact. This role supports rituals like weekly syncs, critique, and craft sessions to help foster a strong, connected design culture. They will collaborate with design leaders and cross-functional partners to document and evolve systems, principles, and best practices.
The specialist will manage tooling and systems (Figma, Miro, Looker, Monday.com), keeping access organized, efficient, and looking for opportunities to automate. They will also intake and organize creative briefs, and support project tracking and hygiene across Product and Marketing Design. The role supports designer onboarding and offboarding to ensure teammates feel welcomed, equipped, and aligned with our ways of working.
