This role enables designers to focus on crafting thoughtful, user-centered experiences by ensuring the operational side of design runs smoothly. It is a highly collaborative role partnering with Product Design, Marketing Design, and Research across Jane and shapes how Design Ops shows up at Jane from the ground up.
