Procurement Counsel

Be a legal business partner to Wiz’s procurement team by structuring, drafting and negotiating a high volume and broad range of contracts with different kinds of vendors and agreements, including marketing agreements, consulting agreements, events production and event sponsorship agreements, SaaS and software agreements, data processing agreements, services agreements, and more. You'll review privacy aspects in vendor agreements including data processing agreements and advise finance, HR, product, R&D, sales and marketing teams on legal, compliance and privacy matters that are relevant to these teams’ engagements with different vendors. Your role will involve supporting the continuous improvement of agreement templates and legal processes while managing a heavy workflow, setting appropriate priorities with internal stakeholders and delivering results efficiently and quickly.
