Job Description
Responsible for distributor and direct sales performance, growing sales and market share year over year for RCV units, 3rd Eye Digital Gateway units, OEM and aftermarket parts sales. Assist other Heil business units with sales and market share growth. Improve penetration of Ready Truck sales in assigned AOR. Effectively manage Heil owned and distributor owned demo programs, and 3rd Eye pilots including Safety, Verif-Eye™, Optim-Eyes™ and Certif-Eye™ modules.
Participate in product development, maintain a detailed listing of RCV and Gateway units, and manage margins. Ensure distributors and direct sales personnel utilize the discount management system. Manage bid submittals, participate in credit and collections, and perform performance reviews. Execute distributor agreements, promote Heil / 3rd Eye policies, and ensure sufficient training. Manage the expense budget and execute the Dealer Excellence Program.
