What You'll Be Doing:

  • Take ownership of quality assurance within your squad, operating with minimal guidance and ensuring high testing standards.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for your team’s domain, supporting regression testing and new feature development.
  • Guide testing activities and collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to ensure the right solutions are delivered.

What You Need to Bring:

  • 2–4 years of dedicated Software Quality Assurance experience.
  • Experience testing platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and Intercom.
  • Proven experience as a quality contributor, with strong familiarity in bug tracking and management systems.
