Position Overview:
- Responsible for ITCE product delivery across the enterprise.
- Works with various teams to guide product strategy and development.
- Ensures products are developed and maintained using sound practices.
Essential Functions:
- Manages teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Aligns work efforts with key stakeholders in the business and IT.
- Mentors team members to improve their capabilities and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- ITIL, Epic or other IT Specialty Certification preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT or related business.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of enterprise technical architecture and financial models.
