Job Description
Drive Network Improvements: Lead large, complex projects involving network design, engineering, configuration, and operations. Make use of quality improvement techniques, and participates in process improvement and management activities. Proactively drive improvements to processes and standards within Technology and Service Delivery.
Technical Expert: Serve as a subject matter expert in multiple network technologies, integrating diverse solutions to create a cohesive and reliable network environment. Mentor co-workers on essential TDS network technologies, processes, network equipment, and products. Grow technical skills as they pertain to TDS's network infrastructure.
Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional group to work complex network issues/projects. Able to set priorities and lead diverse individuals/teams. Able to interact with others as part of a team and remove barriers to the team’s success.
