Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be the primary point of contact for patients and families regarding insurance coverage for our services.
  • You will obtain and verify all required patient and insurance information and enter it into the registration system accurately.
  • You will identify the need for pre-authorization, make decisions on insurance eligibility using several online systems, and follow up on verification issues.

Qualifications:

  • 2 year/Associate Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 1.5 years of related experience in healthcare required.
  • Must reside in Michigan.
