Responsibilities:
- Review insurance eligibility issues for scheduled visits across all practice sites.
- Resolve issues before visits through payer outreach and family communication.
- Flag open issues for practice teams and serve as escalation contact.
Requirements:
- High school diploma with excellent computer skills.
- Insurance verification or medical billing experience required; primary care preferred.
- Knowledge of health insurance terminology and customer service principles.
Location:
- Hybrid in Palm Beach County or Remote within Florida only.
- Immediate supervisor is the Billing Manager.
