Triage & Escalation Design:

• Design and build out triage logic and escalation pathways for urgent symptoms and abnormal results.
• Work with product and engineering to turn clinical decision logic into workflows.
• Pressure-test pathways against edge cases before launch.

Documentation:

• Maintain versioned documentation of triage trees and protocol changes.
• Prepare concise summaries of changes for leadership review and sign-off.

Quality Assurance:

• Stand up and run an ongoing QA program for triage performance.
• Track metrics and spot patterns indicating process gaps.
• Drive corrective action with the broader team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Serve as clinical voice in product and engineering discussions.
• Translate clinical needs into practical specs and flag constraints.
• Support QA of new features before go-live.
