Psychiatric Quality Specialist

About the Role:

• You will balance direct patient care with provider coaching and quality improvement.
• You will cultivate strong, supportive relationships across our 1099 psychiatric network.
• You will report to the Associate National Medical Director.

Required Qualifications:

• You must have an active, unrestricted PMHNP license in California and DEA registration.
• You need at least 3 years of outpatient psychiatric practice experience.
• You should have strong knowledge of psychiatric CPT coding and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active PMHNP licensure in multiple states is preferred.
• Experience in quality improvement, chart audits, or peer coaching is a plus.
• Interest in leveraging AI tools for clinical quality is welcome.
