Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the full grant cycle for a portfolio of funders.
- Write 75+ proposals, reports, and letters of intent annually.
- Liaise with national and regional teams to ensure grant content is compelling.
Your Experience:
- At least 4 years in development and grant writing.
- Track record of meeting ambitious fundraising goals.
- Strong ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate across teams.
Compensation and Location:
- Salary ranges from $74,300 to $119,600 depending on geographic tier.
- Flexible location within the US, working CT/ET business hours.
- Occasional evening, weekend, and travel work (1-2 times per year).
