System Owner / Technical Lead LIMS

The System Owner / Technical Lead LIMS (LabVantage) oversees the full lifecycle of laboratory information management systems, ensuring alignment with operational needs and technological innovation. This role requires balancing technical expertise with strategic vision to optimize laboratory processes and maintain system integrity. Key responsibilities include designing, configuring, testing, deploying, and maintaining LabVantage LIMS applications and related systems. The role involves collaborating with laboratory staff, QA, IT, and business stakeholders to define system requirements and design effective laboratory information management solutions. Furthermore, it requires ensuring system quality, regulatory compliance (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11), and data integrity, while also providing ongoing support, training, and mentorship to LIMS users and administrators. The position involves up to 25% travel, mostly within Europe, Asia Pacific, and Americas.
