About the Role:
- Build and lead the first-line risk and control framework.
- Focus on fiduciary, custody, and regulated financial services.
- Ensure risks are identified and controls are effective.
What You Will Do:
- Own risk assessments, control design, monitoring, and issue remediation.
- Embed regulatory requirements into practical controls.
- Partner across the three lines of defence.
About You:
- 10+ years in US banking or regulated financial services.
- Leadership in first-line risk and operational control.
- Deep knowledge of US banking regulation and custody.
