- Define risk tolerance framework, governance, and Risk Committee.

- 8-10+ years in credit/fraud risk, 3+ years leading teams.
- Strong cross-functional influence and regulatory knowledge (BSA/AML, UDAAP).
Compensation:
- Base pay $171k-$202k plus equity and potential bonus.
