Role Overview:
- Report to Head of Business Risk & Enablement.
- Partner with Product, Operations, Compliance, and other teams.
- Ensure products are delivered in a safe and sound manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate execution of risk self-assessments and non-financial risk frameworks.
- Manage incidents, issues, and remediation to closure.
- Develop and enhance KPIs/KRIs to mitigate risk.
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years in banking/fintech risk or controls roles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with GRC and non-financial risk frameworks.
- Proficiency with AI tools or willingness to learn.
