Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operational governance programs across Retirement & Wealth, advising senior leaders on risk, compliance, resilience, technology, data, records, and third-party requirements.
- Maintain governance frameworks, procedures, controls, documentation, and annual roadmaps.
- Coordinate governance reviews, attestations, evidence collection, control testing, remediation activities, and audit responses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in business operations, operational risk, governance, compliance, or related disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of operational risk, controls, and governance frameworks with the ability to translate into practical processes.
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional programs and delivering outcomes through influence in matrixed organizations.
