About the role:
- Define and execute strategies for scalable servicing operations.
- Lead a team of program managers delivering cross-functional initiatives.
- Partner with senior leaders across product, engineering, and operations.
What you’ll do:
- Own program and team performance, defining roadmaps and KPIs.
- Manage risk and issue resolution with data-driven solutions.
- Build technical resources and elevate knowledge management.
What we look for:
- 7+ years in program management or product operations, preferably in fintech.
- Deep understanding of financial regulations and dispute management.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management, or Design Thinking.
