Job Description
Create supporting documentation that fully documents model calculation methodology, business rules, and assumptions for all SAMs, MOP (Model for Operational Planning), workload forecasts, and productivity analyses. Document time and motion studies, sampling methods, scenario analyses, and dashboards. Develop user-friendly documentation tools and dashboards that allow SAM stakeholders to explore and understand their models. Provide ongoing training for federal staff on model usage and interpretation. May be required to travel to USCIS Headquarters in Camp Springs, MD if needed.
