Job Description
Lead the strategy and execution of operational processes that support our global partner ecosystem. This role involves working cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Enablement, and Systems teams to scale partner-led revenue efforts and ensure seamless partner experiences. Responsibilities include owning and scaling operational frameworks for onboarding, enablement, performance tracking, and process across the partner ecosystem. Drive alignment across internal teams to ensure partner needs are met efficiently and compliantly. Partner with Channel, Sales, Marketing, and Product leaders to implement GTM strategies for growth. Create visibility into partner performance through metrics, dashboards, and KPIs. Lead and support cross-functional projects to improve partner experience and business outcomes. Document roles, responsibilities, and workflows across Partner Ops and Partner Success teams. Serve as a strategic advisor on new program design, system integrations, and partner support models.
