Socure is expanding its government affairs presence in Washington, D.C., and they're looking for a sharp, policy-savvy Government Affairs Manager to help drive their advocacy strategy with Congress, federal agencies, and industry coalitions. You’ll work cross-functionally with legal, product, comms, and GTM teams to help shape the policy environment that supports Socure’s mission to verify 100% of good identities in real time.
As Government Affairs Manager, you will Drive Socure’s federal advocacy strategy, building relationships across Congress, federal agencies, and the White House. Serve as a trusted advisor on public policy issues impacting identity, cybersecurity, AI, financial services, and procurement. Lead engagement with policymakers, regulators, and trade associations to advance Socure’s interests and shape regulatory outcomes.
You will also monitor and analyze key legislative and regulatory developments, coordinate across internal teams to align policy goals with product, compliance, and business development priorities, prepare briefing materials, talking points, and policy communications for internal and external stakeholders, and represent Socure in meetings, hearings, roundtables, and industry events.
