Job Description

As Client Experience Manager, responsibilities include responding to client questions, troubleshooting tier-2 level requests, handling escalations, leading training on the Envoy app, pulling reports, and maintaining team materials. You’ll develop project plans, communicate milestones, and ensure customer expectations are met. To qualify, you need 1-2 years of customer service experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Immigration passion and Zendesk knowledge are preferred. Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills are essential. The role requires the ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively, with proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel.
