Virtual Nurse Case Manager/Neurology

Position Overview:

• The Nurse Case Manager provides ongoing contact center and virtual support for patients on complex neurological therapies.
• This role engages patients and caregivers with personalized high-touch telephonic support and clinically relevant education.

Essential Functions:

• Demonstrate strong empathy and emotional intelligence to build trust with patients and their caregivers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Field Nurse Educators, to ensure continuity of care.
• Communicate complex information effectively and complete patient engagements accurately based on provided criteria.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Current, unrestricted RN or NP license required; Associate’s degree in nursing with patient education experience.
• Background in neurological conditions or rare disease required; 2+ years in a pharmaceutical call center environment preferred.
• Strong clinical skills, medication compliance knowledge, and ability to navigate multiple technical platforms independently.
