Your Impact:
- Drive initiatives that align Axon 911's solutions with the evolving needs of the public safety community.
- Enhance operational efficiency, increase market penetration, and position Axon 911 as a thought leader.
What You'll Do:
- Lead public safety strategy, mentor the team, and drive KPIs, scalability, and long-term growth.
- Engage with customers and cross-functional teams to improve onboarding, training, and adoption.
- Support market expansion through speaking engagements, workshops, webinars, and thought leadership.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in public safety, emergency communications, or PSAP operations.
- Deep expertise in PSAP operations, NG911, CAD, and public safety technology trends.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with PSAP leaders and industry associations.
