Job Description

Learn all the necessary information given for work. Help customers through live support (chats, instant messengers and emails, possible hotline). Handle customer inquiries appropriately and provide a high level of service. Be ready to work at night shifts. Interact with other departments to resolve issues. Good written communication skills. Fluency in Korean is must-have, English - Intermediate and above. Empathy, stress tolerance, responsibility, and focus on development and results. Excellent basic computer skills. Ability to work from personal laptop.
