Job Description

Onboarding:

  • Design AppViewX technology solutions to solve specific business challenges for our new customers.
  • Address customer objectives/success criteria with in-depth technical attention to help customer Go-live quickly.
  • Work with Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Implementation Architects.

Adoption and Value Quantification:

  • Design additional AppViewX technology to solve specific business challenges for our new customers.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor and lead by assisting with project technical challenges.
  • Identify new use cases as part of account growth/renewal strategy.

Customer Experience/Engagement:

  • Use your experiences working with customers to provide feedback to improve the customer experience.
  • Speed time-to-value, and create greater benefits for customers.
  • Contribute to Customer Business Reviews highlighting potential areas of improvements.
