Responsibilities:
- Own the core data systems for ingestion, storage, serving, and orchestration that every team depends on.
- Scale systems and processes to meet rapid customer growth, prioritizing multi-tenancy and self-serve tooling.
Key Qualifications:
- 7+ years of software engineering experience with distributed or data-intensive systems.
- Proven expertise in building, operating, and monitoring large-scale multi-tenant systems.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in an all-remote setting and take ownership of production systems.
Interview Process:
- Initial meetings with Operations and the Hiring Manager to discuss background and role expectations.
- Technical interviews focusing on data structures, algorithms, and system design.
