Senior User Researcher

We're seeking a Senior User Researcher to provide actionable user insights to the Photoroom team. You will conduct strategic user research projects with end-to-end ownership, serve as a strategic partner for stakeholders, and help build ReOps systems while collaborating closely with other researchers, product, design, growth. You will own end-to-end user research for specific strategic objectives at Photoroom. This includes defining research goals and methodology as well as fully executing projects, delivering actionable results, and working with stakeholders to implement findings. In addition to doing research and delivering insights, you’ll be involved throughout the product development process as a strategic thought partner for stakeholders, ensuring user-centricity. You will help design ReOps systems that make it easy and attractive for the wider team to speak to, and listen to, users. You will help the team utilize AI for better quality and more efficient research processes, while keeping what needs to be human, human. You will work collaboratively within a small, passionate research team, supporting each other’s growth and scaling Photoroom’s user research capabilities.
