Job Description

The Senior Operations Manager will lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of federal contracts—centered, but not limited to, Professional Services —while partnering with Business Development (BD) to expand BRIC’s Professional Services vertical. This role is accountable for scope, schedule, and budget across assigned efforts; oversees project teams; maintains continuous customer engagement; and ensures contract compliance and cross-functional coordination. The role involves managing contracts, developing spend plans, resolving project issues, supervising personnel, maintaining customer engagement, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The Senior Operations Manager will also support business development efforts by assisting with opportunity identification, contributing to proposals, and providing insights from an operations perspective.
