The Senior Operations Manager will lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of federal contracts while partnering with Business Development to expand BRIC’s Professional Services vertical. This role is accountable for scope, schedule, and budget across assigned efforts, oversees project teams, maintains continuous customer engagement, and ensures contract compliance and cross-functional coordination.
