The Senior Environment Artist will partner with external vendors for collaboration, asset review, artistic guidance, and technical oversight. They will create documentation and style guides, collaborate cross-discipline, and do QA in-engine. The artist must have a strong portfolio showcasing AAA quality level art done in engine and have 5+ years of environment art experience, with 2+ in vendor management.
They should have excellent knowledge of industry-standard software packages for modeling, high-poly sculpting (Maya, Max, ZBrush, Substance, Photoshop). Mastery of modular workflows, understanding of real-time rendering, PBR, LODs is required. Advanced knowledge of current level art workflows and practices is expected including the ability to manage multiple partners/projects.
