Community Operations Associate

Scale and support the operational backbone of our global pool of AI Trainers — professionals, PhDs, and domain experts who take on side gigs to help train safer, more capable AI. You’ll work closely with the Community Learning & Development Manager and assist the Community Specialist by ensuring that onboarding, engagement, and retention workflows run smoothly behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure but stays steady in fast-changing environments. You’ll take pride in keeping processes organized, up to date, and running smoothly — making sure everything behind the scenes works flawlessly. The preferred working hours for this role are between 6:30 AM and 3:30 PM PST, including a 1-hour break.
